I went on Vallon expecting to browse a few styles. Didn’t really happen.

The selection felt limited. A lot of stuff looked similar, and some sizes or colors were missing when I checked.

Maybe the quality is good. But for the price, I wanted more choice, so I left without buying

When my order from Vallon finally arrived, it felt like the opening scene of a disappointment. The box was dented, the tape looked slapped on in a hurry, and when I opened it, everything inside seemed like it had just been tossed in with zero care.

For what I paid, I was expecting at least a halfway decent presentation. Instead, the whole thing felt cheap before I even got to the actual product. Not exactly the grand first impression I was hoping for.

I picked these up mostly hoping they’d help with glare while driving and being around the water. They do help some, I think, but maybe I expected too much for the price. On really bright days, I still catch myself squinting, which makes me wonder if they’re actually doing enough or if I should’ve gone with something else. The fit is fine and they look good, so I don’t hate them. I’d just say the glare reduction is okay, not anything that really wowed me

I found vallon easy to navigate overall. The menu made sense, and the product pages had the info I was looking for without making me click around forever. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, which always makes me a little suspicious, like I start wondering if it’s the site or something going on in the background. Checkout also felt like it could be smoother. Still, it was a decent experience and I’d probably use it again

I placed my order a little over two weeks ago thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but here I am still waiting. I kept checking the tracking, hoping for some kind of update, but it barely changes. I reached out to support, and all they really told me was to keep waiting. At this point, it’s just frustrating. I was excited when I ordered, but the long shipping time has pretty much ruined the experience. I don’t think I’d order again if delivery is going to take this long...

I bought from them once and then went back to look for more details about the materials and recycling options. The weird part is, their sustainability page looked bare, especially for a brand at this price point. I just expected a lot more transparency

I wanted to give it a fair try before judging, but the UV protection just felt weak in my experience. I was still dealing with noticeable sun glare, so it didn’t really do what I expected. Maybe it works better in less direct sunlight, but for me, I was disappointed.

I ordered prescription lenses and they just felt off from the start. My eyes got tired quick, and it wasn’t like I wasn’t trying to give them a fair shot. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really do much, and I can’t say I wasn’t frustrated by the whole thing.

Not gonna lie, trying to exchange my order was way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies took a while, and the return instructions weren’t super clear, so the whole thing felt confusing. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

Not great. It just feels cheap in hand. Kind of flimsy. I was expecting better for the price, but yeah... doesn’t really feel worth it.

I kept checking back for the items I wanted, but like I said, they were still out of stock every time. After a while I just gave up, because like I said, nothing seemed to change.

I really wanted these to work, but they fogged up way more than I expected. it feels like the design just doesn’t handle moisture well, because I was constantly having to clear them off

I wanted to like the site, but the overall look felt messy to me, and the designs seemed a bit dated. I guess it reminded me how much the feel of a site matters when I’m deciding whether I connect with a brand or not. It just wasn’t my style.

I really couldn’t get past how narrow the field of view is. It makes the whole thing feel cramped, and it just wasn’t comfortable for me to use. I reached out about it and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which made it more annoying because it didn’t feel like anyone actually cared about the issue.

I’ve been using my Vallon sunglasses for a few months now, they’ve held up really well. I’ve dropped them twice already, which is not ideal, but they still look fine and don’t seem to have taken any real damage. Overall, I’m happy with the quality. My only minor complaint is that the case could be a bit stronger, as it doesn’t feel quite as protective as I’d like.

I wanted to like these, but they were just way too tight. After only a few minutes, they started hurting my nose badly. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected them to be more comfortable than this.

I don’t know, I just don’t really trust it. Something about it feels a bit off, and I kept second-guessing it while using it..

I got these for hiking and biking, and they do look nice and stay on well. That said, I was a little frustrated with how long I had to wait for them to arrive, especially since I was hoping to use them sooner. Once I finally tried them out, they were fine for casual walks or easy hikes, but on faster bike rides they started to fog up a bit and got less comfortable after a while. Not bad overall, just not the best choice if you’re doing something more active.

My experience was okay overall, but the customer service could definitely be better. I was expecting a faster response and felt like I had to wait longer than I should have for help.

Didn’t really feel worth the money. Price was high, and what arrived was just okay. Not terrible or anything, just didn’t match what I expected for the cost. Would probably check out other options next time
